About Gourmet Classic
In 1998 Gourmet Classic introduced cooking wine as a unique category to foodservice and retail sectors by adapting the alcohol content and lightly seasoning these alcoholic products. By doing so, the excise duty and VAT were removed to enable professional and domestic cooks alike to buy these ingredients more cost effectively.
